Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships are still available for the 2025 NATM Convention & Trade Show! The success of the event is directly tied to the support of our generous sponsors, with sponsorship dollars going directly back into Association programming that ultimately serves our members and the industry as a whole. We offer a variety of marketing and general sponsorship opportunities, ranging from $250 to $50,000, to fit any budget and strategy. These opportunities include networking receptions, the New Dueling Pianos Welcome Event Reception, lounges, and much more!
One of the benefits of sponsoring the 2025 show allows you to select booths earlier for the 2026 show. Please note that sponsorships sell fast, so don't miss your chance!

Available Sponsorship Opportunities:
Welcome Event Charity Champion Sponsor, $10,000 (2 available) - Champion a cause by sponsoring a piano team, encouraging attendees to vote for their musical favorites. Limited to two (2) sponsoring companies at $10,000 each. $2,500 of the sponsorship dollars will go to the charity of your choice, as well as funds raised during the Dueling Pianos Charity Competition.
Educational Workshop Sessions, $8,000 - By sponsoring the three Educational Workshops your company will get the opportunity to briefly speak before each session begins. Branded table signs placed on tables each day. Branded materials may also be set out by the sponsor - we recommend pens and a notepad!
Aisle Signs, $3,000 (12 Available) - Promote your brand and get noticed as soon as attendees step foot on the show floor with these hanging signs.
Virtual Swag Bag Email, $1,000 - Reach attendees ahead of the event with your coupons, special event offers, and booth information by advertising in the 2025 NATM Convention Virtual Swag Bag email featuring exhibitor highlights and special offers. Sponsors will provide a 8.5 x 11 inch PDF - the Virtual Swag Bag is digital, so companies are encouraged to make their artwork interactive. The Virtual Swag Bag will be distributed to attendees twice.
