Booth Information
Exhibitor Booth Charge Includes:
- Two complimentary booth worker registrations. (Registrations include tickets to all events excluding Opening Event and Awards Luncheon)
- Fully carpeted booth space.
- Wastebasket and two chairs.
- 6’ skirted table and 8’ back drape with 3’ draped side rails.
- Small paper booth sign with company name and booth number.
- Listings on NATM.com and on the Convention & Trade Show App
Please note, WiFi is not included in booth fees for 2025. Please order WiFi through the facility.
Booth Purchasing Information:
- The cost per 10’ x 10’ booth is $2,000 for NATM members and $4,000 for non-members.
- NATM will be using Map Your Show’s online booth sales software.
- Booth sign-up will only be available online. Paper exhibitor contracts will not be available.
- Payments can only be made via credit card. No exceptions.

- Important Notice: Columns on Floor Plan
- The 2025 Exhibit Hall has structural columns every 30 feet, and these columns could directly intersect with booth spaces, particularly merged booths. While most columns will be discreetly tucked away between a double layer of pipe and drape, it's crucial to keep them in mind when planning your booth space. The structural columns are indicated on the booth sales map with small squares. Please click here to read more.
