The awards will be presented during the 2024 NATM Convention & Trade Show in February and published in Tracks magazine. This is a great opportunity to recognize the hard work and contributions of individuals who have made a significant impact in the trailer manufacturing industry.

Outstanding Member Award
The Outstanding Member Award is presented each year to individuals who have made significant contributions to the trailer manufacturing industry. An award can be given to a trailer manufacturer or supplier/service provider/tow vehicle OEM member. If you know someone who has made a significant impact in the industry, please consider nominating them. The nomination should include the name and address of the nominee and nominator along with a brief narrative about the contributions the nominee has made to the trailer manufacturing industry.

Pam O’Toole Trusdale Woman in Manufacturing Award
The Pam O’Toole Trusdale Woman in Manufacturing Award is given to a woman in the medium-duty trailer industry who has demonstrated excellence in her role. The awardee can work at any level, from the manufacturing floor to the C-Suite. This award recognizes the contribution of the recipient to the success of their organization and/or industry. If you know a woman who has demonstrated excellence in her role, please consider nominating her. The nomination should include the name and address of the nominee and nominator along with a brief narrative about the accomplishments of the nominee.
Young Professional Award
The Young Professional Award is designed to recognize the accomplishments of young individuals in the trailer manufacturing industry. Nominees should be individuals under the age of 40 who have been innovative and successful within the industry. Both Associate and Regular member company employees are eligible for this award. If you know a young professional who has been innovative and successful in the industry, please consider nominating them. The nomination should include the name and address of the nominee and nominator along with a brief narrative about the accomplishments of the nominee.
NATM Innovation Award
The NATM Innovation Award is designed to recognize a member company that has exemplified creativity and innovation in the areas of technological advancement, green practices, or workforce development. Trailer manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to apply. If your company has made significant strides in technological advancement, green practices, or workforce development, please consider applying for this award. The nomination should provide qualitative and quantitative evidence of creative and innovative solutions and improvements. NATM member companies will be judged on case studies showcasing how they have been able to demonstrate improved performance in technological advancement, green practices, and/or workforce development. Members should be able to illustrate success and positive impact on their company and/or the trailer industry.
