Current Social Media Campaigns
#WomanCrushWednesday
This important social media campaign allows NATM and our members to highlight women in the manufacturing industry as a way of tapping into the underutilized talent pool and helping grow representation for younger generations.
The manufacturing industry has been struggling to attract and retain female talent, with only 29% of the manufacturing workforce being women, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That's why NATM is so excited to bring back this campaign, to showcase the full spectrum of what it means to be a manufacturer and to encourage more women and young girls to consider a career in this exciting and dynamic industry.
Each month, NATM will highlight a woman from the manufacturing floor to the C-Suite who has demonstrated excellence in their role. From welders to engineers, from marketing professionals to CEOs, we want to celebrate the incredible women who are driving innovation, growth, and success in the trailer manufacturing industry.

Call To Service Campaign - NEW!
As we continue to discuss benefits and needs for our Dealer Affiliates, we are recognizing the necessity to place more focus on the service aspect within trailer dealerships. While we are developing resources that assist in addressing this need, we are also looking into ways to highlight these essential departments. We want to help dealerships show off their service department teams and celebrate the invaluable work they do. One approach we are working on is creating a series of spotlight features, where we share stories and achievements of individual service team members or the entire team.
Through the implementation of this marketing campaign, we aim to highlight and acknowledge the service department for its vital contribution to the success of trailer dealerships.
