Booth Sales Open to Full Membership August 8th

NATM is thrilled to announce that starting August 8, all NATM members will have the opportunity to secure their exhibit space at the event. However, with the trade show floor already 70% sold out, it is crucial to act quickly and secure your booth to ensure your presence at the convention. Booth sales will open to non-members Sept. 5, so join NATM today to ensure that your company is present at this can’t-miss trailer industry event of the year. 

The NATM Convention & Trade Show is set to take place at the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada, where industry leaders and professionals will gather from Feb. 13-15, 2024. The NATM Convention is the perfect platform to showcase your brand, connect with trailer manufacturing clients, and gain valuable insights into the trailer manufacturing industry.

The Booth Prices and Valuable Amenities for Exhibitors

The NATM Convention Committee has determined the booth prices for this year's event, ensuring that it remains accessible to all members. A 10'x10' booth can be reserved for the exclusive NATM Member rate of $1,785. It's important to note that booth spaces for non-members will be available at a rate of $3,570 – so make sure to join NATM to cut those fees in half. As a valued exhibitor, your booth cost includes several amenities to enhance your exhibiting experience. Each booth comes with two complimentary booth worker registrations, allowing you to have adequate staff to engage with attendees. Additionally, you’ll have access to free lead retrieval on your phone through NATM’s mobile app, your booth will come fully carpeted, and you'll receive a 6' table, two chairs, and a wastebasket to create a professional and inviting space. New this year: WiFi will be provided to exhibitors to ensure that you can run business smoothly while meeting with new customers on the trade show floor.

The NATM Convention & Trade Show is known for its high demand, and with 70% of the trade show floor already sold out, it's crucial to act swiftly. Once booth sales open on August 8, the sign-up process will be on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that early action will give you an advantage in choosing a prime location for your booth. 

How to Participate in the Booth Sales

To participate in the booth sales, NATM Members will receive an email notification from NATM on August 8 by Noon, informing you that the booth sales application is now available online for your company. The email will include a unique code that will pre-populate the online booth sales application when entered. Once logged in, you will have immediate access to the 2024 trade show floor plan, allowing you to select your desired booth(s) in real-time. To secure the booth(s), exhibitors will pay online with credit card at the time of selection.
