Download the NATM Affinity Program policies and application. Once completed and returned to the NATM headquarters, the formal agreement will require board approval. If you have any questions, contact NATM at (785) 272-4433. Once the form is completed, fax it to (785) 272-4455.

The NATM Logo and Compliance Decal are available for use by NATM members in their advertising/marketing efforts. (The NATM Compliance Decal is only available to NATM compliant members who purchase decals for their manufactured trailers.) If you would like to request a digital file of either graphic, you will need to complete a license agreement and e-mail (Shannon@natm.com), fax (785-272-4455) or mail to NATM Headquarters.
