Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the Association. She coordinates all activities of teh Board of Directors and Committees, researches and reviews proposals for new programs for the Association, coordinates legislative activities and serves as the liaison for other industry associations. The Executive Director is the staff liaison to the Executive, Nominations & Bylaws, Finance and Government Affairs Committees.

The Assistant Director assists the Executive Director and manages the Annual Convention & Trade Show. She works with the Technical Committee on the annual review and revision of the Guidelines and the Model User's Manual. She is the staff liaison to the Convention, Technical and Industry Data Committees.

Membership Director

The Membership Director manages the membership program by recruiting new members, researching information to find potential members, planning membership drives and reviewing all applications. The Membership Director is the staff liaison to the Membership, Marketing, Member Services and Trailer Dealsers Committees. She also oversees the sponsorship program and assists with Government Affairs.

Marketing & Communications Director

The Marketing & Communications Director coordinates the Association marketing program. She is responsible for the website and all publications and marketing materials, including advertising, articles and layout. The Marketing Director serves as the liaison to the Marketing and Membership Committees.

Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant maintains the Association website. She helps create promotional pieces for the Annual Convention & Trade Show and assists the Marketing Director with other publications and marketing materials. The Marketing Assistant serves as a liaison to the Marketing Committee.

Compliance Consultants

The NATM Compliance Consultants schedule and conduct Compliance Consultations for NATM Regular Members (trailer manufacturers). For those members not in compliance, corrective action is recommended. Once the manufacturer has submitted documentation, it is reviewed by a Compliance Consultant to verify compliance. Compliance Consultants serve as staff liaisons to the Compliance and Technical Committees.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is the first person you will talk to when you call NATM Headquarters. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she processes all decal orders.

Bookkeeper
Staci Langham (

The Bookkeeper handles accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll invoices, reports, bank reconciliations and taxes. She also serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Compliance Program.
